Introduction:
Nexxenburg a strongly fortified and free city-state within the state borders of the allied state Tampa. The city is run by Lord Apoth (Apotheosis) Blix from the castle Nexxen. Nexxenburg is located at the end of Route 3, west of Sprout, across the desert and beyond the river of Bliss.

Policy 1: Visiting is recommended, but you must request a plot from IXApotheosisXI before you settle. A plot will be agreed upon for you to build your new home.

Policy 2: No epic builds, towers or pixelart permitted within the state. It is not fitting of the theme and therefore will be deleted without warning. In the event that you believe you have an idea that may fall into the above build types and also fits the theme, please seek permission before starting to build.

Policy 3: IXApotheosisXI has the authority to alter and/or remove everything he deems to be in conflict with the state theme, same goes with builds that are of poor quality. while warnings will most likely be given it’s not a promise, be on the safe side and ask if you are unsure.

Policy 4: Mining inside the city is strictly forbidden and you may become outlawed for doing so. Use the public Blix.Corp mine near the main entrance.

Policy 5: Specific market stands have been built to allow for residents to put their own trade-signs without having to buy a store plot, trade signs at any other place in the state will be removed without notification.

Policy 6: If you decide to cut down trees in the nearby forests, make sure to replant with the same type of sapling. Excessive leveling and deforestation is strictly forbidden.

Policy 7: Cellars can only be constructed on specific city plots, ask IXApotheosisXI which.

Policy 8: Go ahead and give ideas and constructive criticism, just don’t annoy me.
