Introduction:
Kuusou Yume meaning fantasy dream is a neutral state and that lives in the times of ancient Japan. The Capital of this state is Sei-an city (a city from the game Okami) run by the Guardian Saku Havock (Malhavock). Outside the city you can visit the hidden dimension of Gensokyo where the forest of magic resides and the Hakurei shrine. But for the rest of the state you can build freely. Also this state is gonna big RolePlaying state.

Policy 1: You are not recommended to go along with the theme but it would be great if you can.

Policy 2: No large builds (like large buildings, statues and floating things) unless i’m okay with it.

Policy 3: Do not change the land in Gensokyo, build things without my permission or mine underneath it.

Policy 4: The state has RPing but mostly at north.

Policy 5: Ask permission in the city before you do something.
