Introduction:
A large area of the state is taken up by it’s Capital City, Sindro Trotha (Triumph’s Step) located at the very south of the map. The Capital is a large, old and neglected city that is very densely populated. The few that remain after the great subsidence spend most of their time on the upkeep of the College of Theoria, which once had a bustling atmosphere with the teachers of Magic and students all living in the city. Can be used as either a residential area, or as a Roleplay city.
The state is governed by Cregstep, and will empower players as ‘The Magicists of Theoria’, and whose names will be listed in the Halls of Theoria.

Policy 1: Roleplay in the city must beforehand be discussed with either Cregstep, or one of the listed Magicists.

Policy 2: Please stick to the theme of the City. The theme for the state is Skyrim, so please look for inspiration before building, and please always seek for permission from either Cregstep or one of the listed Magicists. Please do not make random floaty things.

Policy 3: Mining around and under the city is strictly prohibited. Failure to adhere with this rule will result in severe punishment, which will be decided depending on the severity of the act.

Policy 4: As the state of Elgren is nearby, sometimes you may need to seek permission to build from RogueArthur, the owner of Elgren. If you cannot find him at the time, please do not just build anyway, be patient, and you will eventually find us.

Policy 5: As there is no mining in or around the main city, you will have to mine outside of it, but please be conscientious of where you are mining so you are not likely to get too close to the city.

Policy 6: Any serious landscaping if you wish to build needs to be discussed with either Cregstep, RogueArthur (if it is close to Elgren), or one of the listed Magicists.

Policy 7: If you wish to establish your own town, please speak to Cregstep, NOT a Magicist. Only Cregstep  can grant you permission to establish a town, and it will be discussed at the time.
